Maa Tour and Travels Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made a minimum of 6 hours prior and up to 120 days in advance of the trip start time.
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone at +91-9630963123.
- A minimum 30% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
- Vehicle and driver details will be shared 6–8 hours before the trip.
- Customers must present the booking confirmation (SMS/WhatsApp) at the time of pickup.
2. Important Terms
- In case of a no-show by the customer, the advance amount will be fully non-refundable.
- Delays exceeding 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time may attract additional waiting charges.
- Once the trip has started, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
- Any changes in route, duration, or itinerary will result in additional charges.
- Maa Tour and Travels shall not be responsible for delays, traffic conditions, accidents, or any indirect or consequential losses.
3. Vehicle Breakdown / Accident
- In case of vehicle breakdown or accident, the company will arrange a replacement vehicle (subject to availability).
- If a replacement is not available, only the advance amount will be refunded.
- No additional compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
4. Driver No-Show
- If the assigned driver fails to report on time:
- A replacement vehicle will be arranged immediately.
- If no replacement is possible, a 100% refund of the advance amount will be processed.
5. Payment Policy
- The remaining balance after the advance must be paid during or at the end of the trip directly to the driver via cash or UPI.
- The final bill will be calculated based on actual usage (distance/time).
- Any excess advance payment will be refunded within 3–5 working days after trip completion.
6. Modification Policy
- Booking modifications (date/time changes) must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
- Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Trip extensions during the journey are allowed only with company approval.
7. Cancellation Policy (Hatchback / Sedan / SUV)
- More than 48 hours before trip → 25% deduction (75% refund)
- 24 to 48 hours before trip → 50% deduction
- 12 to 24 hours before trip → 75% deduction
- Less than 12 hours or same day cancellation → No refund (100% charge)
8. Cancellation Policy (Luxury Vehicles)
- More than 15 days → 30% deduction
- 7–15 days → 50% deduction
- Less than 7 days → No refund
9. Cancellation Policy (Tempo Traveller / Bus)
- More than 10 days before trip → 30% deduction
- 5 to 10 days before trip → 60% deduction
- Less than 5 days before trip → No refund (100% charge)
10. Cancellation by Company
- In case Maa Tour and Travels cancels the booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount will be provided.
- No additional compensation will be applicable.
